In a story leaked by an unnamed source to WDW News Today a file containing detailed concept art and architectural notes was delivered. As you can see by the images above, the plan shows many images of a new area born from a local spring somewhere in Florida.
The area is said to be divided up into three sections:
West Side
Village Marketplace
Town Center
Currently, these are just rumours and we would like to that WDW News Today for breaking this story.
This is the proposed layout for the new Disney Springs, see the list below for details:
A skybridge (overhead walkway) over Buena Vista Drive allows guests to safely cross the street and marks the entrance to “Disney Springs”. As well, Buena Vista Drive will dive under the car and bus entrances to “Disney Springs”.
A new, larger bus loop located at the centre of the entire complex.
New parking multi-level structure over what was mostly the second parking lot at Downtown Disney Marketplace.
Some strange added structure on the AMC 24 on West Side.
What is currently Planet Hollywood will no longer be surrounded by water and will probably be turned into some other establishment.
A larger boat dock possibly built to handle large watercraft such as Friendship Boats.
New waterside building featured in the first piece of concept art above, replacing Rock ‘N’ Roll Beach Club & Motion.
Walkway between Portobello and Cookes of Dublin, allowing easier passage through the entire complex.
The Spring, the new focal point of the entire development.
The Town Center, a new area constructed on what is mostly now a parking lot. The dark orange structures on the map are all new buildings that will be part of the area.
The current site of Pollo Campero/Bodie’s All-American/Babycakes NYC is empty, leading us to believe it will be demolished.
New bridge crossing the lake in the Village Marketplace.
New buildings replacing the former bus loop in the Village Marketplace.
Bridge connecting Village Marketplace to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort.
Rumours of what specific stores, shops and restaurants that will make an appearance are beginning to surface now. From the obligatory Disney staples (bakeries, ice cream locations, character dining, etc.) to an old fashioned burger joint, various ideas have been surfacing all over the internet. The one that has most fans clamouring with excitement is the possibility of Orlando getting its own Trader Sam’s Tiki Bar, similar to the popular and ever packed bar in Downtown Disney, just outside of California’s Disneyland.
As more details are released we will keep you posted.

I constantly emailed this web site to all my associates, for the reason that if I like to read it, they will too.
Very descriptive post, I liked that bit. Will there be a
part 2?
